Watching Derby

I am very lucky, my parents love watching Roller Derby so I have travelled all over the country to watch games.

I love getting my programme signed by the skaters after the game. Here are some of my signed programmes, there are 50.

Lots of skaters have inspired me to be a good derby player. My favourite team is Hereford Roller Girls because my Mum and Dad train with them. I also really like the London Roller Girls skaters, they have amazing footwork and they are a great team to watch. Here are some photos of me and my older sister with the players.

I did some post bout stretches with the girls after a game.

When they played Gotham, I was in the team selfie. Can you spot me?

I also like watching Men’s Roller Derby, my favourite team are the Crash Test Brummies. I have been to the Men’s World Cup and the Men’s European Cup, I met lots of skaters there.

It’s not just skaters that have inspired me. I got to meet Stephen Hawking through Roller Derby.

When I go to games, I like to shout for my favourite teams.

I am playing in my second game on May 7th in Hereford. Please come and watch it. I think this is the first time in the UK that juniors and adults are playing on the same team and it’s a fun game for charity.
